Data
For information on end-of-day, real-time, and third-party data in Optuma, please see these articles.
Users with a subscription to both Optuma Enterprise Services and a Bloomberg Terminal can stream real-time data in to your charts.
With a subscription to Optuma, you automatically have access to the multitude of End Of Day exchanges that we have available for you. These articles give you all the information you need, including a list of all of the global exchanges that are available, how to modify and adjust your Optuma EOD data, and more.
Professional and Enterprise Services clients can import their own data from a .csv or Excel file, or directly from Bloomberg.
If you have data from a third-party in a compatible format (Metastock, CSI or .csv text) then it can be imported into Optuma.
When a live data feed is connected to Optuma, in addition to accessing intraday data, the following features are also available. Please note that not all features will be available for all live data feeds.
Every chart and tool has been designed to support real-time data into Optuma from any of the providers that are listed below. The charts and the analysis all update and recalculate with every tick that comes in. In a Watchlist, all data - including user-defined Analysis Columns - also dynamically update.
Symbol Lists are a simple and powerful way to make using Optuma easier. Symbol Lists enable you to easily create groups of stocks that you are interested in that you can then open in watchlists, Relative Rotation Graphs, or even test and scan on them.
