Aspect Returns
Overview
This indicator is based on the concept that aspects which occur at the point of a major change in trend will continue to influence the market.
The Aspect Returns will highlight all the aspects between the selected planets for the date and time of the selected Low / High and searches for those same aspects in the chart’s entire range (forwards and backwards from the selected point).
We can then review the chart to consider if the aspects from that selected date show any correlation in influencing the market.
In this example the tool was placed on on the 2009 low and set to Jupiter and Mars (Geocentric). On that day those planets were 9’11 degrees apart, and the tool shows when that aspect occurred again.
To add the tool to your chart, select the tool from the Astro tool group, and left-click on the bar on the chart you wish to calculate the tool from. Optuma will then draw the tool using the default settings.
