Exporting Windows Event Log
Overview
On occasion the Optuma support team may request a copy of your Windows Event log to review any Optuma related crashes occurring at a system level.
Process

Click on the Windows start button and type Event Viewer into the search bar.
- In the window that opens click on the arrow next to Windows Logs and left click the Application folder to select it.

Right click on the Application folder and in the menu that displays select Save All Events As….

Save the file to the Desktop, during the same process you may see a window appear about formatting. Select an English display format.
- Close the Event Viewer down and you will have a log file saved on your Desktop. Please email this file as an attachment to support for review.
